What are credits?
One credit is one dollar of usage: Medulla orchestration and model calls made through your TinyHumans key, from OpenCompany, Medulla, or the API directly. Every call is metered and deducted from your balance.
What if I run out?
Your companies pause themselves and tell you. Top up from $5 in the dashboard, or turn on auto-recharge so work never stops. Pay-as-you-go credits cost the same per call as plan credits; the plan just gives you a few extra.
Do I need a plan to use the open source software?
No. OpenCompany and the Medulla SDK and terminal are GPL-3.0 and free to run. A key is what lets them think: it unlocks the hosted orchestrator and model access.
Can I bring my own models?
Yes. OpenCompany and Medulla can use inference providers you already pay for, including Claude Code, Codex, and OpenRouter. Those calls are billed by that provider, not by us.
All sales are final. Subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused credits. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
